The Resort And Cabins
Our 2 & 3 bedroom cottages at Long’s Resort, plus our new Double Queen Cabin and King Suite Cabin, are open year-round and come with all the modern conveniences you would expect: air conditioning, cable TV, city water, natural gas heat, wifi, private baths, linens, and kitchen equipment.
And, of course, the star of the show... Grand Lake!
Rates
Peak season rates run from April to October.
Off-Season rates are from November through March.
Year in advance reservations between April – October require a five-night minimum
Major holidays require a three-night minimum: Memorial day, Labor Day, and July 4th
All other reservations require 2-night minimum.
The maximum number of persons, including children of all ages, in a 2-bedroom cabin is 6.
The maximum number of persons, including children of all ages, in a 3-bedroom cabin is 8.

New Double Queen Cabin
Our brand new Double Queen Cabin is 600 square feet with 2 private bedrooms, both with Queen beds, a full kitchen, living area, plus a full bath and a 1/2 bath. Also, a 10' covered porch, with an extended private fire pit area.
Rate: $165/night, year round
King Suite Cabin
Our King Suite Cabin, a private, 1 bedroom (King bed) suite, was completed in 2022 and includes a full kitchen, bath, and a covered porch overlooking our beautiful cove.
Rate: $155/night, year round

Policies
Visitors: Resort facilities are for the use of REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. If you have ‘Day Guests’, they must check in at the office upon entering the resort. ($5.00 per visitor, per day)
Towels: Do not remove towels from the cabin. Towels can be exchanged every two days by bringing towels to the office between 8 am and 5 pm.
Pets: Pets are not to be left alone in the cabin unless they are in a kennel. All dogs must be on a leash while on property. Please keep pets off all furniture and beds. Guests are required to scoop up after their pets outside. NO PETS OVER 20 POUNDS – NO Exceptions.
There will be a $25 Pet Deposit.
Children: Children under 12 are not allowed on the swim dock or boat dock unless accompanied by an adult.
Speed: 5 mph everywhere at the resort.
Hours: Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
Boat: Boat slips must be reserved in advance. The rate is $10 per day.
